Julie, an inquisitive 12 year old, visits her grandparents in south Florida. Obsessed with pirates, she is convinced that the treasure of the notorious Jeremiah Love is buried nearby. Along with her new friends, Marshall and Montana, she must find it in order to save her grandparents’ building from being knocked down by a greedy businessman.
While the trio race to decipher clues, their safety is threatened by local thugs who follow their every step as well as an oncoming hurricane. Does the history of Love, and the local Indigenous tribe, the Calusa, hold the key.
